Before you enter into consultation with me be aware of the policies that are an part of my Astrological practice. In return I endeavour to deliver my consultations to the very best of my ability.
confidentiality
Everything in the session will remain confidential. I will not discuss your birth chart or our conversation outside of our consultation unless you provide explicit permission to do so.
rescheduling
A number of hours preparation is required for each astrology consult. The cost of each consult includes the preparation time as well as the time spent in the reading. Once you have booked a time it prevents other clients accessing services at that time.
Consultations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of the original booking time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice will incur a late fee of £25.
cancellations and no shows
If you need to cancel a session for any reason without rescheduling you can do so up to 48 hours before the session and you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel a session without rescheduling less than 48 hours you will not receive a refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for our appointment, it will be considered a no-show. If the client misses a session without prior communication the client will need to re-purchase the service again for the full price.
reading another Person’s Birth chart
In our consultation session I will read your birth chart and subsidiary charts. We will discuss the other people in your life as is required however I will not read the birth charts of the other people in your life. I read only for those giving full consent to do so.

Frequently asked questions
Astrology readings for the first time can be a bit nerve wracking. These are some of the questions I get asked a lot but if you have more that are not covered here feel free to get in touch.
How do I book a reading
You can book a reading by emailing me at info@gealachastrology.ie. We will arrange a time and date that suits us both via email. You will need to provide your birth date, time and place of birth as well as the area of life you would like to discuss during the consult.
Before I can confirm the booking you will need to pay for the consult. You can do so via PayPal or Revolut and I will send you a link to your preferred payment option.
Once you have paid for the consult I will confirm the appointment time and send you a link to Google Meet.
At present I am booking about a month in advance so be aware the dates I provide you for our consultation may be further out than you might expect.
is there anything I can do to prepare for the session?
This depends on you! I understand the burning desire to get things right or show up in the correct way but there’s little to be done in the way of preparation as the client.
All I ask is that you are in a quiet, comfortable, private space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the consult. If you feel the need to doodle, draw, write, take notes during the session please do so. If you need to move please do so!
Bring yourself, some hydration and settle in for some good conversation through the symbols of the cosmos.
what happens during the session
Readings typically are 60 minutes long. We will meet via Google Meet. It is preferable that you have a webcam and it is switched on during the session. We will have a discussion before getting into the consultation about what you would like to discuss in our session.
My consultation style is conversational and co-creative so please come to a session with the expectation that a conversation will take place. I will be asking you questions related to the area of life that you have come to discuss.
We will talk about your birth chart in context of the area of life or questions you come to the session with. It will feel like a lot of information and might be a little overwhelming at times. I will do my best to check in with you throughout our time together.
The session will be recorded with your permission so you do not need to take any notes unless you wish to.
what happens after the session
Once the consultation is over it typically takes 24 hours for the recording to become available.
Once the recording is available I will endeavour to send you a link to the recording via email along with some notes of dates to be aware of that we discussed during the session.
The recording will be available for you to download and keep. Please do so within 2 weeks of receiving the recording.
